Tarrant County Housing Partnership, Inc. is a certified 501(c) 3 non-profit organization located in Fort Worth, Texas. Since 1991, TCHP has dramatically increased the availability of affordable housing for moderate income families in our community. Through the combination of public and private funds, TCHP operates programs that enable families to achieve the dream of homeownership. Thanks to the dedication of our staff and the support of our partners, TCHP is able to offer down payment assistance and housing counseling services as well as affordably priced new and remodeled homes.

Since 1991, in partnership with other entities, TCHP has produced over 3000 units of affordable housing and continues to develop more units each year. Together we are improving our community one home at a time.
