Free Foreclosure Prevention Workshop

Open to anyone who is behind (or about to fall behind) on their house payments,

the workshop will feature:

• Strategies for home retention.
• Information on government-sponsored home retention programs.
• Opportunities to speak one-on-one with HUD-certified housing counselors and mortgage company representatives.

Note: if your mortgage company isn’t represented at the event, you will still have the chance to speak to a certified counselor.

PLEASE BRING YOUR LAST TWO MONTHS’ WORTH OF:

• Mortgage and bank statements.
• Pay stubs (or W-2 forms if you’re self-employed).

As well as:

• A hardship letter explaining why you’re behind on your payments.
