Tarrant County First-Time Homebuyer Assistance
Updated 8/2010
Down-payment/closing cost assistance, and principle reduction up to
$7,500 in Blue Mound, Forest Hill, Grapevine, Hurst and North Richland
Hills. More info.

- Must be first-time homebuyer

- Property purchased through Private Seller ( No HUD

Arlington Homebuyer Assistance Program (AHAP)

$7,500 in Arlington or $10,000 for SSI recipients or properties that
are located in the designated
NRSA target

- Up to $10,000 for 51%-120& AMI
- Up to $20,000 for <50% AMI
- Up to $24,500 for housing rehabilitation
- Homes must be foreclosed and located with in the designated
target areas.
