Tarrant County Housing Partnership, Inc. Offer New Homes for Sale to First-Time Homebuyers in Arlington

Tarrant County Housing Partnership, Inc. is a quality builder of affordable housing developments.  In 2005, TCHP completed a new development in the Tolliver Acres subdivision of Arlington.  This beautiful new addition to the neighborhood is located at Peach and Rogers off of Collins Street .  The development consisted of 9 impressive cottage style homes with a below market average price of $118,000 and included an additional $10,000 to $15,000 in assistance per family for down payment and closing costs.
 

In early 2002, TCHP embarked on building new affordable developments with 16 lots in Southeast Fort Worth near Lake Arlington.  The Henco community consisted of traditional style cottage homes that offered such amenities as front porches, larger rooms, tree lined lots and 3 beautiful floor plans that included up to 2,000 square feet and a 2 story option.  The average price of these affordable homes was $88,000 and also offered down payment and closing cost assistance to those families who qualified
