Description: Tarrant County Housing Partnership is excited to announce the launch of the “TCHP Neighborhood Stabilization Program”, which will provide up to $30,000 in funding assistance for qualified properties located throughout Tarrant County!!!
TCHP is inviting seasoned practitioners to join us for an early preview and orientation to become certified for participation in this program. Up to $30,000 in funding assistance will be available for down payment, principle reduction and closing cost assistance for households earning up to 120% of area median income (no first-time homebuyer requirement). Additionally, TCHP will provide updated information on the renewal of the Tarrant County Homebuyer’s Assistance Program.
